January |
I used cool colours to depict the cold frosty days for January.
Then onto February, with the heart shapes, red roses & strawberries, to celebrate Valentines day.

Then came March, pale blues depict cool days with the promise of Spring. Fabrics include daffodils & other Spring flowers.
Then onto April, with fabrics including Easter but with the greys showing April showers.

May used vibrant flower fabrics as the flowers begin to bloom.

For June I chose a block to depict Wimbledon, with grass, tennis rackets and of course strawberries! The block represents the centre court.

July shows a riot of colour for the holidays. Seaside themed fabrics and warm colours. (Well we live in hope of that elusive hot summer)!!!!

August shows all the fruit that we get towards the Autumn.

October with it's Autumnal colours & Halloween.

And last of all, December. Seasonal colours of green and red, with Christmas fabrics.
AND FINALLY................................................. The finished article! Machine quilted with free motion quilting.
Sally-Ann I love these quilts, they're such vibrant colours and depict each season splendidly. What a wonderful idea. Its difficult to pick out a favourite, they all have so much to say for themselves
